With a strong foundation gained from working for his father's company, Firestone-Matson Contractors, Ryan honed his skills in framing, contributing to the company's reputation for quality custom homes and commercial projects in Yamhill County. After a brief stint helping his father establish Eagle Contracting in Washington, Ryan returned to McMinnville and launched Ryan Matson Construction in April 1989. Originally focused on framing, his company gained recognition as a reliable subcontractor, known for delivering exceptional quality work on complex projects. In 1994 Ryan Matson Inc. was established, Ryan has dedicated himself to transforming homeowners' visions into reality, working meticulously on every project with a strong commitment to excellence.
